The $J/\\Psi$-N potential,$V_{J/\\Psi N}(r)$,is constructed by folding $v_{cN}$ into the wavefunction $\\Phi_{J/\\Psi}(c\\bar{c})$ of $J/\\Psi$ within a Constituent Quark Model(CQM) of Ref.[43].
