For $\\sigma$-complete $EMV$-algebras, we prove an analogue of the Loomis--Sikorski Theorem showing that every $\\sigma$-complete $EMV$-algebra is a $\\sigma$-homomorphic image of an $EMV$-tribe of fuzzy sets where all algebraic operations are defined by points.
