Our analysis of this microlensing parallax event includes a likelihood analysis of the lens position based upon a standard model of the Galactic velocity distribution, and this implies that the lens could be a black hole of ~100 M_solar at a distance of a few hundred parsecs in the Galactic disk or a massive stellar remnant (black hole or neutron star) in the Galactic bulge.
