The main aim of this paper is to prove that $D'$ is a uniform domain if and only if $f$ extends to a homeomorphism $\\bar{f}: \\bar{D}\\to \\bar{D}'$ and $\\bar{f}$ is $\\eta$-QM relative to $\\partial D$.
