As in geodesic or monophonic convexity, toll interval between $u,v\\in V(G)$ is a set $T_G(u,v)=\\{x\\in V(G)\\,:\\,x \\textrm{ lies on a tolled walk between } u \\textrm{ and } v\\}$.
