These doilies are related to operator-based proofs of quantum contextuality. Following and extending the strategy of Saniga et al. (Mathematics 9 (2021) 2272) that focused exclusively on three-qubit doilies, we first bring forth several formulas giving the number of both linear and quadratic doilies for any $N > 2$. Then we present an effective algorithm for the generation of all $N$-qubit doilies. Using this algorithm for $N=4$ and $N=5$, we provide a classification of $N$-qubit doilies in terms of t","authors_text":"Alain Giorgetti, Axel Muller, Fr\\'ed\\'eric Holweck, Henri de Boutray, Metod Saniga","cross_cats":["cs.DM","math.CO"],"headline":"","license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"quant-ph","submitted_at":"2022-06-07T21:35:57Z","title":"Multi-qubit doilies: enumeration for all ranks and classification for ranks four and five"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"2206.03599","kind":"arxiv","version":2},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:65d84af85bac8ffd616d597ae9f14643491852bf812c3575304db6c762be8816","target":"record","created_at":"2026-07-05T05:19:16Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"445a6904af06d30d8d965337e8241017f9bb5954f6af57f63e812d3052c6cad1","cross_cats_sorted":["cs.DM","math.CO"],"license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"quant-ph","submitted_at":"2022-06-07T21:35:57Z","title_canon_sha256":"1ddd9f9970b0fd7a960c68ef5ff615a9b91d2448c04ec4d9bfd9287dd4494346"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"2206.03599","kind":"arxiv","version":2}},"canonical_sha256":"9431addfcfc8b965f1777e35e79221f051bb4ac8aad3fa211e2ec4fa828e63b1","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"9431addfcfc8b965f1777e35e79221f051bb4ac8aad3fa211e2ec4fa828e63b1","first_computed_at":"2026-07-05T05:19:16.647935Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-07-05T05:19:16.647935Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"CvJx8FED8n6Z5tCieRJM4zYrXwp/zxRF2cgw/lToW4yZVC2GW1cfvCKM+iFSo/hmVeXupRanAf9VMW2iDWt9BQ==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-07-05T05:19:16.648342Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"2206.03599","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":2}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:65d84af85bac8ffd616d597ae9f14643491852bf812c3575304db6c762be8816","sha256:bd813c06c6bb24039c6d547a3a57831422e4336a0082174243b3ea5f888b1fe5"],"state_sha256":"96e22a708f0269885d43de4a3d8deeeb749aca2e2d6ffae9ae78723b72534c1d"}
