For q>0 they are formally identical to the Reissner-Nordstr\\\"om black hole of general relativity. We study the thermodynamics and thermodynamic geometries of tidal charged black holes and discuss similarities and differences as compared to the Reissner-Nordstr\\\"om black hole.
