We analyze the impact of LED on neutrino oscillations in the contexts of Protvino to Super-ORCA (P2SO), DUNE, and T2HK, with a particular emphasis on P2SO. In contrast, the effects of neutrino decay are examined exclusively in the context of P2SO. For the LED scenario, we find that combining data from P2SO, DUNE, and T2HK can yield tighter constraints than current bounds, but only if all oscillation parameters are measured with high precision.
