We follow the mechanism of the GSI oscillations, caused by an interference of the neutrino flavour mass-eigenstates in a content of the electron neutrino. We give arguments that these experimental data show i) an existence of sterile neutrinos that is necessary for an explanation of a phase-shift, ii) an observation of CP violation, related to a phase-shift, and iii) an influence of the Quantum Zeno Effect,","authors_text":"A.
