Photoresponse is investigated based on mechanically exfoliated GeSe nanosheet combined with Au contacts under a global laser irradiation scheme. The nonlinearship, asymmetric, and unsaturated characteristics of the I-V curves reveal that two uneven back-to-back Schottky contacts are formed.
