This resolves an open question discussed in Schrijver [Schrijver 80'] and generalizes the same result for the case of rational polytopes [Schrijver 80'], rational ellipsoids [Dey-Vielma 10'] and strictly convex sets [Dadush-Dey-Vielma 10'].
