We demonstrate that Weyl fermion plasmons have monopole structure, are topological and have a finite vorticity $\\zeta=2\\mathsf{C}_{\\text{w}}$, where $\\mathsf{C}_{\\text{w}}$ is the Chern number of the Fermi surface enclosing the Weyl point.
