The measurements are conducted on angular scales ${\\theta}$ $\\lesssim$ 1200 arcsec. On scales ${\\theta}$ $\\lesssim$ 200 arcsec we find that the measurements are corrupted by residual systematic effects associated with the instrumental beam of the VLA data.
