In this work, we explain the $\\Sigma_b(6097)$ to be a $1P$ state with $J^P=5/2^-$ or $3/2^-$ by giving the mass spectrum analysis and the strong decay calculation, and predict the existence of $1P$ and $2S$ partners of the $\\Sigma_b(6097)$, where their masses and the corresponding decay behaviors are presented.
