The most general action invariant under the covariant ``fracton'' transformation $\\delta_{fract}A_{\\mu\\nu}(x)=\\partial_\\mu\\partial_\\nu\\Lambda(x)$ consists of two independent terms: one describing Linearized Gravity (LG) and the other referable to fractons.
