Since charge collection by drift is mandatory for harsh radiation environment, the application of high bias voltage to high resistive sensor material is needed. In this work, a prototype of a DMAPS was fabricated in a 150nm CMOS process on a substrate with a resistivity of >2 k{\\Omega}cm that was thinned to 100 {\\mu}m. Full depletion occurs around 20V, which is far below the breakdown voltage o","authors_text":"Alexandre Rozanov, David-Leon Pohl, Fabian H\\\"ugging, Hans Kr\\\"uger, Ivan Peri\\'c, Jens Janssen, Jian Liu, Marlon Barbero, Norbert Wermes, Patrick Breugnon, Patrick Pangaud, Piotr Rymaszewski, St\\'ephanie Godiot, Toko Hirono, Tomasz Hemperek","cross_cats":[],"headline":"","license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"physics.ins-det","submitted_at":"2016-12-09T20:28:46Z","title":"Characterization of Fully Depleted CMOS Active Pixel Sensors on High Resistivity Substrates for Use in a High Radiation Environment"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"1612.03154","kind":"arxiv","version":1},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:6d00879e195620aa453200bfe2740a05890ba7ce98f08930c01711436fb3e99f","target":"record","created_at":"2026-05-18T00:24:53Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"37d2ae439d87ee7cf49a76e9aa220838be41c6da179aee90b5f6b090ba82b3a5","cross_cats_sorted":[],"license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"physics.ins-det","submitted_at":"2016-12-09T20:28:46Z","title_canon_sha256":"ebad2b82fe7989332c3ce8330cd20269e5f77830e630578b16a9d42c77959871"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"1612.03154","kind":"arxiv","version":1}},"canonical_sha256":"a6d1ff2787744cd06f498b43c04b20c233eae358fd738a30814a62b87e51e628","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"a6d1ff2787744cd06f498b43c04b20c233eae358fd738a30814a62b87e51e628","first_computed_at":"2026-05-18T00:24:53.082746Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-05-18T00:24:53.082746Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"62kYuFzzQfaAlrFyyx1/ixSICFiCMftyYC3uo1/hE2dI+61b+TF/Zc4kdJZCh2rDYNhz3KMFtsMMKIhfNKVFAA==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-05-18T00:24:53.083565Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"1612.03154","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":1}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:6d00879e195620aa453200bfe2740a05890ba7ce98f08930c01711436fb3e99f","sha256:a46e12175cce11c5594808ec0e9515ed81425704c5307f19969131098177ba84"],"state_sha256":"0e59fb9ec6dac251a52d716a42d6a1133aee55e4a08527c66dc2018d4cc65a48"}
