These nanowires were predicted to host Majorana zero modes. We demonstrate the compatibility of the rf technique, both resistive and capacitive sensing, with these nanowires. The effect of dielectric loss from the CdTe substrate is also discussed. The feasibility of rf reflectometry is also verified at finite magnetic fields where zero-energy modes occur.
