We consider in particular a supersymmetric left-right symmetric model which predicts such a light charged Higgs boson. We demonstrate that the $eejj$ excess as measured by CMS can be explained best if the $W'$ also has decay modes into Higgsino-like charginos and neutralinos with masses of a few hundred GeV.
