The kinetics of the spin relaxation has been investigated. Photoexcited spin-magnetoexcitons were found to exhibit extremely slow relaxation in specific quantum Hall systems, fabricated in high mobility GaAs/AlGaAs structures, namely, the relaxation time reaches values over one hundred microseconds.
