Depending on the strength of SOC $\\lambda$ we identify three regimes: usual Hund's impurity for $|\\lambda|<\\lambda_c$, van-Vleck non-magnetic impurity for $\\lambda > \\lambda_c$, and a $J=2$ impurity for $\\lambda < -\\lambda_c$.
