In the classical regime, Hall viscosity contributes to the viscous flow of 2D electrons in the presence of a magnetic field. We observe a pronounced, negative Hall resistivity at low magnetic field in a mesoscopic size, two-dimensional electron system, which is attributed to Hall viscosity in the inhomogeneous charge flow.
