The chiral NLO interaction bears strong $\\Lambda$N-$\\Sigma$N coupling. Although the $\\Lambda$ potential is repulsive if the coupling is switched off, the $\\Lambda$N-$\\Sigma$N correlation brings about the attraction consistent with empirical data.
