Given an arbitrary non-trivial lattice $\\mathcal{L}$ we construct a parametric family of full-rank sub-lattices $\\{\\mathcal{L}_{\\alpha}\\}$ of $\\mathcal{L}$ such that whenever $\\mathcal{L}$ is tame each $\\mathcal{L}_{\\alpha}$ has a basis of minimal vectors.
