This was due to the presence of a third mode of polarization in the linearized gravity in which a \"curvature energy\" term is present. Such term was identified as the Dark Energy of the Universe. In this letter a more realistic model is discussed. A different cosmological solution to the Einstein-Vlasov System is analysed.
