This algebra plays a prominent role in mixed Schur-Weyl duality that appears in various contexts in quantum information. Our main technical result is an explicit formula for the action of the walled Brauer algebra generators in the Gelfand-Tsetlin basis. It generalizes the well-known Gelfand-Tsetlin basis for the symmetric group (also known as Young's orthogonal form or Young-Yamanouchi basis).\n  We provide two applications of our result to q","authors_text":"Adam Burchardt, Dmitry Grinko, Maris Ozols","cross_cats":["math.RT"],"headline":"","license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"quant-ph","submitted_at":"2023-10-03T17:55:10Z","title":"Gelfand-Tsetlin basis for partially transposed permutations, with applications to quantum information"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"2310.02252","kind":"arxiv","version":1},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:118dae90ca8edc59f8e356acb90aeb145c6b88956aaf40ac60b954b7172429c0","target":"record","created_at":"2026-07-05T06:56:51Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"d61c32c12ed6129847ae26ed9966b5d520a8b99427de9ce1dc1f580ccc3ebb9d","cross_cats_sorted":["math.RT"],"license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"quant-ph","submitted_at":"2023-10-03T17:55:10Z","title_canon_sha256":"ace2520ea26f2cb0a322b7248fc9fc4f477643d2e0c3b528d61b985fc5b4057a"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"2310.02252","kind":"arxiv","version":1}},"canonical_sha256":"b456df0f66e2459919701b893674ca2d6153b3bb5e86002b22460df64e255e65","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"b456df0f66e2459919701b893674ca2d6153b3bb5e86002b22460df64e255e65","first_computed_at":"2026-07-05T06:56:51.914254Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-07-05T06:56:51.914254Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"t6/r5uS62Ggs2fXmraNSubgZclfg16N04hhupg1mmzULpnZp3kcjpUceBT20E0WGxm8RArLf2JTU61oqugIBBA==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-07-05T06:56:51.914741Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"2310.02252","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":1}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:118dae90ca8edc59f8e356acb90aeb145c6b88956aaf40ac60b954b7172429c0","sha256:e5200c272c541b9271cefcd0d32f7f4708950ee45fcecebba5abb6a222f5c22a"],"state_sha256":"945cce7a0e2e9f570f7f57944c3c7f26fa1adb42e51eb5b206388c5eeff0ffec"}
