We substantially improve the upper bound of generalization gap from $\\mathcal{O}(\\sqrt\\frac{\\ln m}{m})$ to $\\mathcal{O}(\\frac{\\ln m}{m})$, while $\\lambda$ - the margin ratio between the margin standard deviation and the margin mean is small enough.
