In the so-called $\\phi$-portal DM models, after taking into account the LHC constraints and DM direct detection limits, we show that in the perturbative framework DM as either a SM singlet scalar or Dirac fermion can be allowed in a wide mass range between 400 GeV and 3 TeV.
