A model-independent measurement is performed using the binned Dalitz plot technique. The measured value is $\\varphi_1 = 11.7^{\\circ}\\pm7.8^{\\circ}({\\rm stat.})\\pm 2.1^{\\circ}({\\rm syst.})$.
