Explicitly, we use the SXS Collaboration's $\\texttt{SpEC}$ code to run a Cauchy evolution of a binary black hole merger and then extract the gravitational wave strain using $\\texttt{SpECTRE}$'s version of a Cauchy-characteristic extraction.
