We show that changing $R$ from La to Y drives the ground-state from ferromagnetic to antiferromagnetic with $\\uparrow\\uparrow\\downarrow\\downarrow$ spin patterns. This E$^*$-type ordering breaks inversion symmetry and generates a ferroelectric polarization of few $\\mu C/cm^2$.
