For irregular fluxes, by using stochastic BGK approximations and commutator estimates, we gain the existence and uniqueness of stochastic entropy solutions. Besides, for $BV$ initial data, the $BV$ and H\\\"older regularities are also derived for the unique stochastic entropy solution.
