Specifically, a macroscopic number $1/3 \\, N+1$ out of $N$ eigenvalues of $\\hat{\\chi}$ are degenerate at all temperatures $T$, and correspond to an eigenspace $\\mathbb{L}_{-}$ of $\\hat{\\chi}$, independent of $T$.
