We prove that the quotient $\\xx^{\\xi}/T$ of the stable part $\\xx^{\\xi}$ by the maximal torus $T$ exists as an ind-$k$-scheme, and we introduce a reduction process analogous to the Harder-Narasimhan reduction for vector bundles.
