Namely we will prove that $\\mathfrak{c}$-cc $\\sigma$-ideals are tall and that the Weaker Smital Property implies that every Borel $\\mathcal{I}$-positive set contains a witness for non($\\mathcal{I}$) as well, as satisfying ccc and Fubini Property.
