When the axion mass matches the cyclotron frequency $\\omega_c$, the cyclotron state is resonantly excited, with a transition probability proportional to its initial quantum number, $n_c$. The sensitivity is enhanced by taking $n_c \\sim 10^6 \\left( \\frac{0.1~\\text{meV}}{\\omega_c} \\right)^2$.
