First we characterize $\\mathcal{H}^{p}_{FIO}(\\mathbb{R}^{n})$ in terms of $L^{p}(\\mathbb{R}^{n})$-norms of parabolic frequency localizations. As a corollary, any characterization of $L^{p}(\\mathbb{R}^{n})$ yields a corresponding version for $\\mathcal{H}^{p}_{FIO}(\\mathbb{R}^{n})$.
