The alloy sheets were placed at both ends of cylindrical samples and diffusion-annealed at 900$^\\circ$C and 700$^\\circ$C for 7 hours under vacuum ($\\leq5\\times10^{-3}$ Pa), followed by tempering at 500$^\\circ$C for 2 hours.
