Using separate neutrino and anti-neutrino beams, NuTeV is able to determine sin2thetaW with low systematic errors by measuring the Paschos-Wolfenstein variable R-minus, a ratio of differences of neutrino and anti-neutrino neutral-current and charged-current cross-sections.
