These decays belong to a new class of unobserved decay channels, which would help us to test the standard model, particularly potential sources of CP violation in the baryonic sector. By interpreting the heavy baryon as a bound state of a heavy meson and a baryon (Skyrmion), a direct calculation of the decay process $\\Lambda_b \\to p\\,\\bar p\\,n$ is performed.
