Propagation-vertex bounds provide sufficient criteria for a channel-factorized local OPE, while the additional weak-coupling and source-gap hierarchies reduce this response to the Peskin construction. In the Coulombic limit the established Bhanot-Peskin electric moments and dissociation cut arise from one spectral measure.
