Charge density waves and enhanced superconductivity in the electron-hole gas: a plausible, simple, physically intuitive model
A two-parameter model of the electron-hole gas finds that hole screening produces a function Delta whose zeros simultaneously boost charge density waves for mass ratios above 4.97, large T^2 resistivity, and an attractive electron-electron interaction yielding crudely estimated Tc up to 275 K.
