Ultra-thin YBCO films on STO nanomembranes were fabricated via high-pressure sputtering, transferred to SiO2/Si while preserving crystallinity, and demonstrated Tc of 88.8 K, Jc of 6.8 MA/cm2 at 77 K, plus reduced thermal boundary conductance.
