In La-doped CaKFe4As4 single crystals, the critical current density peaks at x about 0.082, reaching about 0.34 MA/cm2 at 5 K and 40 kOe, roughly four to five times the undoped value.
At larger La doping levels, the carrier density exceeds the optimal level of 0.2 holes per Fe, and Tc is suppressed as we anticipated
