QCD sum rule calculations yield masses of (15728 ± 90) MeV and (9712 ± 72) MeV with widths of (93 ± 17) MeV and (70 ± 10) MeV for the scalar molecules M_b and M_c, indicating dominant decays to eta_b B_c^- and eta_c B_c^+ channels.
