A seven-channel optical measurement system is presented for real-time monitoring of coil parasitic motions (x_c, y_c, θ_x, θ_y) and mass position offsets (x_m, y_m) in the Tsinghua Tabletop Kibble balance using distributed spectrally-confocal sensors.
