Positive values of the SdS parameter accelerate eccentricity decay, shorten plunge times, and produce increased amplitude with cumulative phase advance in adiabatic waveforms for extreme-mass ratio inspirals.
The scattering separatrix also has maximum parametersλ= 4/16875∼2.37×10 −4 at (p= 7.5, e= 0) equivalent to the parameters derived from the limits of the plunging separatrix
