Analytical safe-start regions for tumbling-target approach under rotating LOS constraints are derived via directional erosion and a synchronization bound, shown 250x faster than Hamilton-Jacobi reachability with 0.80 precision and 0.91 recall on 500 Monte Carlo cases.
