Spontaneous in-plane anomalous Hall effect at zero field is observed in (111)-oriented SrRuO3 ultrathin films, coupled to in-plane spin magnetization.
This allows the emergence of finite in-plane AHE with opposite sig ns centered at ϕ = 0 ◦, 120◦, 240◦ and ϕ = 60 ◦, 180◦, 300◦ [21, 22]
