Theoretical investigation finds that edge modes in Fibonacci quasicrystals form Fibonacci-Andreev bound states that control and can dominate the Josephson current via phason angle tuning.
We use the term quasicontin- uum to refer to the fact that edge states in gaps much smaller than ∆ present a negligible contribution to the supercurrent and can thus be ignored
