A constellation-fitting semi-blind joint channel estimation and signal detection method, aided by hybrid precoding and QAM-symmetry data augmentation, is shown by simulation to raise multiuser massive MIMO-OFDM throughput by about 11% over pilot-based baselines.

Affine Invariant Semi-Blind Receiver: Joint Channel Estimation and High-Order Signal Detection for Multiuser Massive MIMO-OFDM Systems
A constellation-fitting semi-blind joint channel estimation and signal detection method, aided by hybrid precoding and QAM-symmetry data augmentation, is shown by simulation to raise multiuser massive MIMO-OFDM throughput by about 11% over pilot-based baselines.
